All of our judging is conducted by amazing people from across the podcasting industry. You can take a look at who gave up their time to take part in 2025. 

Last year we sent feedback from the judges to all entrants, which was collated by AI. This caused some confusion and upset, which we hadn't anticipated and for which we apologise. With over 400 entries it wasn't possible to read every feedback report before being sent out, so issues couldn't be picked up in advance. 

We're looking into other options for providing feedback this year, and we'll update this section in due course.
